1. Service Description

Artha (heyartha.com) is an anonymous, intent-based chat platform that connects users with strangers for conversations based on shared intent. Users are identified only by random IDs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age.
Artha is available to users in India.
You may only maintain one active account.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

Harassment, threats, abuse, or intimidation of any kind.
Sharing another person's private information without consent.
Impersonating another person or entity.
Scraping or automated access of the platform.

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

We offer subscription plans (Spark, Plus, Pro, Elite) starting from ₹29/week. Payments are made through UPI.
